Cei Trefor

The intention of the project is to improve and renew infrastructure in a popular destination within the AONB. Trefor beach and quay is an interesting historical site with links to the fishing and granite quarrying (on the nearby mountain) industries. We believe there is potential to improve the site and make it far more attractive to local people and visitors. This could bring environmental, economic and community benefits to the area.

The project involves the following work: resurfacing an informal car park near the Quay; resurfacing the site of the old Quay itself; painting railings on the Quay and placing new benches; creating a new path from the car park to the beach; small environmental improvements
