Resilient wardening – resilient access and RoW

Through a wide range of capital improvement projects and interpretive materials, for access and RoW, the BBNPA will add a new lease of life to these routes and places, ready for the impacts of increased visitor pressure and tourism, improving site robustness alongside improved visitor experiences. These will also provide access to a wide range of sites of importance for heritage, culture and nature, thereby adding to the quality of the tourism offer. Will the project address issues arising from the Covid lockdown, improve health and wellbeing, or support local communities? These capital improvements will contribute directly and indirectly to improving the quality of people’s local environment and sense of place, investing in their health and well-being, and showing them that the BBNPA cares about their local places.
