Purchase of Electric ATV

Purchase of the first Electric vehicle for the park. The major thrust is to reduce the Carbon Footprint of the fleet. The Service does not have any electric vehicle currently, a versatile vehicle will give more flexibility around the main Parks Moel Famau and Loggerheads.
