May is National Walking Month, a campaign that encourages people to get outside and enjoy the many benefits that walking brings. Whether it’s a gentle stroll or a challenging hike, walking can boost our physical health, lift our mood, and help us feel more connected to the world around us.
Walking is a powerful yet simple way to reduce stress, clear your head and improve your mood. And here in Wales, we’re incredibly lucky to have some of the most beautiful and varied landscapes right on our doorstep.
To help you make the most of National Walking Month, we’ve gathered a few recommended walks across the National Parks and National Landscapes of Wales.
